Discovery is useless when it comes to support

I gave my wife years ago power of attorney, she contacted Discovery Health all these years. But today we need to know about a registration .

Nobody knows about it. The person tell my wife she is going to phone me she must hold on, nobody phoned me after about 20 min my wife hangs up. Useless support at its best.
