Useless bunch!!! Waiting now since March to add my fiance on my profile. No reply to any emails to me or my broker in weeks. Now they want documents that was sent to them at least 5 times. Meanwhile my fiance got ill and now they want to exclude her illness from the cover because THEY ARE USELESS FOOLS!!!!!! Just for record I Have been a member for the last 20 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
