DISCOVERY IS USELESS & A *****.

I'm so tired of Discovery! They are so so ***********. They've deducted an amount of R3200 from my account for my medical aid scheme. However my debit order amounts to R2461.

I was told on a online phonecall with a consultant that they would deduct my daughter's dependency debit order on the 1st of this month and they didn't do that.

It's frustrating that every single month I have to, have a back and forth or an argument with Discovery! It's disgusting and its clear that the only thing they do, is ensure that they leave their customers broke and in overdraft without money! And they don't care about their customers! I will find another medical aid! Its been going on for far too long. And I've had enough! And unfortunately I WILL NOT PAY FOR IT. I need them to come correct and fix this error or I will take it further! This is too much!
