Discovery is useless

After switching to a new plan that's focused on bigger families we have had endless problems. Discovery basically took money out of the savings to pay for doctors visits instead of it being paid by the plan as it should. Now with no savings we have had to pay for medicine out of pocket more than a R1000 after countless promises made by call agents that it will be 2-3 working days for discovery to put the money back in the savings. it is now a month later and nothing has happened. The absolute worse service you can imagine. Endless empty promises
