Discovery is useless

Had a test done 2 months ago, have pre approval but they some how don't have my invoices which i have been sending almost every week to always here "we have sent through for processing, please allow 2 to 3 working days" after doing this 4 times and 2 months later, i have decided to write a complaint and guess what, still processing will take another 2 to 3 working days. still waiting for my claim to be paid, which is definitely covered but waiting for them to do their jobs.

If we owed Discovery money this incompetence would not be happening. Now that discovery owes us money they can take months to pay back.

pathetic service, some of their consultants have no idea what they are doing and the back and forth with the same issue is just nerving.

Changing medical aid provider is necessary.

Discovery is useless!!!
