Discovery is trash!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm disappointed with Discovery. I use most Discovery services (Discovery Health, Vitality, Discovery Insurance, and I recently switched my bank to Discovery). I have been using their services for years now without a single claim. I'm definitely canceling everything.

I have been calling the medical aid call center for the whole of October trying to get this refund with no success. I'm always being told that the refund has been actioned and that I would be receiving it within the coming 3-5 working days. It's been a month now of back-and-forth calling trying to get the refund. The last time I spoke to one of their consultants was Sunday, the 16th of October. I was told that the refund has been actioned, I also received an SMS stating that I would receive the funds within 7 working days. Today marks the 10th day and still, I haven't received the money. I called in today again but I'm getting the same story.
