#Discovery is Trash

So I had medical aid with Discovery whilst I was employed there, I had to cancel as my medical aid as I changed employment. Discovery then told me that I owe them an amount of about R800, I then made a payment arrangement with Nabilah Mia on 1 August and agreed to pay my first installment on 25 August for which I did. Now I have been listed on Transunion despite making the arrangement, why wasn’t I told that I would be listed even if I make an arrangement? Honestly Discovery is trash I am gatvol of Discovery and I never want to be a part of this company, I would rather sell my soul to the devil than join Discovery again.
