DISCOVERY IS THE WORST WHEN IT COMES TO PAY OUTS

I am very disappointed with Discovery Aid claims process. I submitted a claim on the 16th of March 2022 and 5 working days later I still have not been paid yet. This is unacceptable and i will most definetly change our medical aid to a more affective scheme that values my time and money.
