Discovery is the worst! They will make sure you suffer

I had an emergency that landed me in hospital but not admitted - discovery rejected the claims from the hospital and Drs as I had no medical savings left in December Fast forward to Jan, I was informed I can apply for special payments for these as I now have MSA. I submitted 4 special payments documents on the 26th and on the 27th I received feedback regarding only 1 of them. On the 31st I followed up and was told 3 were not processed and the agent processed them (so I thought)

Today I decided to follow up as the 2-3 working days feedback period ends today for the 1 claim they processed, I was told it was logged and I must wait 2-3 working days again !! To top it off, seems only 2 docs were processed.

While chatting on WhatsApp and I'm questioning everything, I start getting automated bot responses ! Chat didn't even end ! What is this ?!
