Discovery is the worst service provider I have ever used

Discovery health raisast - I have been struggling with my medical aid this whole week. All departments at discovery is clue less. The one department issues me with aut numbers, daily claims pay my claims claims at discovery rejects claims, billing department say I owe discovery R3000, then I get a mail saying I owe discovery R11000 for other dependants - I am the only and main member, another department "the call center" can see nothing wrong with my membership while another lady told me in no uncertain terms that the main reason for my problems is the fact that more white people's claims gets paid than non white people. When discovery reply on hello Peter its just a automated response saying "we acknowledge your problem and will be in touch soon" that's hardly a answer.
