Discovery is the worst medical aid and I am suing them

If I could put -stars I would. Discovery Health medical scheme are *******. I was on the highest medical aid paying almost R7000 a month and they refuse to pay for 95% of the medical things I had to do. I was a chronic patient and the bills for ampath and lancet etc were never paid by discovery even though they approved in full. I’ve been handed over to be black listed because discovery keeps saying they are attending to it but none of their employees knows what to do or what’s going on. Then they sent me a bill of R4000 and when querying it they say their system had. Fault but there’s nothing they can do I should pay? What absolute garbage is that? It’s the worst medical scheme and I advise not to ever deal with discovery as I have a list of people experiencing the same thing. They are *********** and unable to fulfill their duties. I am taking legal action and I am going to sue discovery for the problems they have caused
