Discovery is the worst medical aid

<p>I have joined the new plan essential smart this year and all it has been is 1 big headache and expense. </p> <p>They inform me twice via telephone that my codes are covered by the dentist yet refuse to pay.on top of it the codes they do cover, they pay me instead and now I must take time from work to go and pay the dentist! Since when doesn't discovery pay the dentist themselves? I called them thrice asking them to resolve the issue. They informed me all my codes will be covered and they apologize due to their system error. Let me also state, discovery calls are not toll free. Another expensive as I'm on these calls no less than 30 minutes!!!</p> <p>I demand they listen to their recorded calls and hear how their consultants informed me on my codes hence I went ahead with the procedure.</p> <p> </p> <p>My fiance and myself is sitting with this issue along with hundreds of others I know from work and I'm ending my contract with discovery no doubt!</p> <p> </p> <p>All you have been is a damn expensive and a waste of time!</p>
