Discovery is the worst

I was admitted to hospital and made a co-payment on admission. I was generously given a 50%discount by the hospital prior to making the co-payment. I submitted all my supporting documents to claim the co-payment from gap cover. Gap cover then asked me to get discovery to reflect my co-payment on their statement. I spoke to a call center agent who advised me to send the hospital statement to their claims adjustment department and it would be updated. Weeks later there was no come back. I contacted them numerous times but was told to wait for the claims department. On my last attempt I just told that that can't ammend the statement to reflect my co-payment even though I submitted all the documents they asked for. Thereafter they were just unhelpful. All I got was an email confirming I was admitted. Now I'm at a loss of my co-payment. It's frustrating before my premiums are high for both discovery and my gap cover. I will be actively looking for another medical aid
