Discovery is the Worst

I requested a detailed statement from Jan to Date on my medical aid, as I noticed irregularities and want to see medication names and services on a statement, not just amounts claimed, on Tuesday, I was told I would have the detailed statement within 30 minutes, I still have not received this. I also ordered new medical aid cards months ago and still have not received them! Other medical aids courier their members cards, with Discovery we need to rely on the Post Office! Discovery is expensive and does not provide the same level of benefits other medical aid options do, Discovery wants us to believe they are the best, but with the lack of service delivery when we have to pay an arm and a leg for services, it is clear Discovery is the WORST!
