DISCOVERY IS THE WORST

Discovery Health is the worst. Firstly, I read my Medical Aid Health Brochure which tells me all my benefits that i qualify for. After numerous calls to Discovery Health Agents they advised me to activate and how it works. So i called before I did anything to make sure there are no hidden costs because you know how Medical aids are, always trying and get more money from you and not let you use your benefits. I activated and made double sure with Discovery Health agents that it wont come out of my savings balance but use of my Maternity benefits but low and behold it came from my Savings balance and when I called to query it they told me that I dont qualify for Maternity benefits What the hell!!! IS THIS A **** THAT YOU GUYS DONT WANT TO PAY BUT WE PAY YOU EVERY MONTH OUR MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS.

Please be CRYSTAL CLEAR IN YOUR BROCHURES AND TEACH YOUR AGENTS THAT EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS ON YOUR DISCOVERY APP THAT YOU QUALIFY FOR SOMETHING, YOU REALLY DONT!!!!! So angry these people are raising my blood pressure,
