Discovery is the worst!!

Ok my sons come directly from their previous medical unintertupted over to our medical aid on Discovery. My kids was never admitted to hospital or went to theatre. So on the certificate there's no waiting period, no exclusions. They went over 1st of July. Today is the 16th of Oct. Even it there was a 3 months waiting period is over. So i took my son to the emergency rooms with acute abdominal pain. The admitted him in hospital under a R code. The surgeon came to see my son and found that it's an emergency appendix removal. I phoned Discovery to change the code as my son had to go to theater immediately. Nicky was very helpful when i spoke to her. But when i phoned again its sent to some other deparment for investigation. I mean ***??? It's an EMERGENCY not a ****ing flu. I did change the code and still have to wait for authorization. Not to mention that Discovery are not a cheap medical aid we pay our asses off. My son had an Emergency appendix removal. Trully not ****ing happy with this bull****
