Discovery is the worse medical aid and inconsiderate

I very disappointed and angry and can’t believe the ethics Discovery has and how they treat they own members. I just received a call from one of the call centre agents advising they will terminate my membership just because they don’t want to authorize my hospital admission of which I have been waiting for they response for a week and a half with no assistance what so ever . They have been investigating since September 27 just for an authorization and now they come up with stories of non disclosure of a condition that is not even related to the admission that I needed and the worse part is how can I be told that I didn’t disclose that I went to see my doctor twice last year for my stomach and no doctor told me if chronic condition but now I needed auth for depression and they are saying those are linking together therefore they will return all my premiums and end my membership... I am very angry the nerve and inconsideration they have with other family members part of my medical aid are not even considered. I can’t believe the treatment I have received from the surposedly best medical scheme . I will make sure I continue to tell my story even to relatives and colleagues of such treatment when it comes to our health and they are not saving any lives but destroying them and it bring me such pain that my health is not important to them and I have never been treated in such a manner after I have them all the required information... very disappointing shame
