Discovery is the absolute WORST

Discovery is the absolutely terrible . All they care about is money . My mother was in excruciating pain . Went for tests and had to pay a co payment of almost R3000, to eventually find out she had an issue that was a PMB and required surgery . I was told by call center that if it yielded results, which it did , Discovery could refund it . The Dr's receptionist has sent every single thing to Discovery only for them to decline the refund because they don't see it was a serious issue . So how do they get to that conclusion ??? Do they even bother to send it to medical professionals to ascertain how serious things are .. it was a PMB after all .. Discovery is pathetic. If you don't wait months for a response to queries then u get told lies by call center . You pay so much for medical aid and still you are expected to cough up monies you don't have just to find out you issues that require surgery . What about people who don't have that type of money . You are absolute vultures . You don't care about people like you claim in your ads
