Discovery is shocking!

I am finding it an impossible task to change my debit order with discovery. I have recently changed banks so all I need to do is change my DEbit order. THe call centre is shocking ! All you get is a freaking machine! I had a large claim last year perhaps they just want to get rid of me!!!
