Discovery is ripping people off

Discovery medical aid is a **** i was paying about R4800 monthly for medical aid and they gave me about R5200 for my benefits for the whole year the funds got finished in february i had to pay from my own pocket where is the rest of the money going to? now im getting calls from Lawyers that im owing them R3000 how fair is that? im really frustrated by this company called Discovery.
