Discovery is putrid

I am disgusted by this company, claiming to be the best, I am literally still wait for a claim that I've done about 2 months ago, and Everytime I enquired I was told to wait 2 days. It's been 2 months now and nothing, BAD SERVICE, RUDE ADVISORS, SOCIAL MEDIA IS PUTRID , SEND YOUR ADVISORS FOR PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.
