Discovery is pathetic and No services delivery but they want money all the time.

I would like to lodge a complaint. We had outstanding monies with Discovery medical Aid. As per our records we can not find any information as to where they made contact with me at all. The first to make contact with me was their ITC department and then I was already listed. I have tried to apply for a House and this blocked me. I phoned Discovery asked them for the amount to settle on my account and this was given to me and emailed to me on the Friday of the 18th August . I have paid the amount due but the Monday someone phoned me from Discovery office and told me that I needed to pay to the attorneys. I have emailed the attorney. I haven't heard back from them I phoned them again and they confirmed that they have received the email with the proof of payment but i will need to follow up with Discovery to see why was this not giving through to them to close the file. *** is the attorneys email I used. The attorneys have been double debiting my bank account for the past 3 months. How will I get my funds back and when can I expect a paid up letter and my name cleared on ITC. Discovery is pathetic.
