Discovery is pathetic

I upgraded my Discovery scheme 2 years ago in preparation for my pregnancy. I am now almost 7 months pregnant and they have paid for only ONE appointment totaling R1100. I, on the other hand, have so far forked out almost R50 000!! I have laid a formal complaint with Discovery on their complaints page 2 weeks ago and no-one has bothered to get back to me either. This to me is **************** and its not the first time either!
