Discovery is Pathetic

I have been waiting over a week for an authorization number to go for an operation and then i get told that my authorization is declined because the review board does not understand the pathology report that is in afrikaans. I mean really DISCOVERY is there no one at your office that can read or understand afrikaans. Afrikaans is 1 of the 12 official languages of South Africa, how can you decline because you dont understand this is pathetic.
