Discovery is pathetic

I have 5 cars on discovey insure have vitality have 2 life covers and group scheme for my workers. I took out the group scheme for my workers and signed debit order for the second of every month we recieved the cards end off November one off my workers tried going to doctor in November and they said without card they can't help him. Then on the 2th od December no debit order was taken off. On the 13th of December they took off a debit amount so i stopped it telleing them i cant subtract money on the 13th from the workers . Today they took 3 debit orders from my account 16k after i ask my broker to find out yesterday if everything is sorted and they said only one debit order will run today. Discovery is pathetic and i advise my broker to cancel all my products today i had enough bull**** from Discovery
