Discovery is on a downward trajectory!
Provider call center is an absolute JOKE!
3 Calls this morning, consultant picks up and goes quite, after waiting 15 minutes eventually cut the call. Then member wonder why they are paying so much but not getting their accounts settled!!!
Discovery has really become a laughing stock, and there is no punishment for the lackluster staff they employ who will gladly receive their paychecks
