Discovery is not the best anymore

I am so disappointed with Discovery's maternity benefits or lack thereof. Firstly, how can you cover 8 antenatal visits, when you are pregnant for 9 months and you know that as the due date gets closer, the more you have to see the gyane which means that I will be out of visits long before I am due??? This is clearly the biggest **** ever and money making scheme. Nevertheless, I went to my selected gynae as she is the one I have been with for years. Was charged R2500.00 for the consultation which I understand is above the Discovery Health Rate, however Discovery only want to pay back less than 50%? They are only covering just over R500.00 from my maternity benefits. Discovery please tell me which gynae charges R500.00 and that you cover 100%?? Its absolutely disguising the amount of money I pay EVERY SINGLE Month for a measly R500.00 - what's the point in all honesty. Pregnancy is supposed to be a joyous time, however all you guys do is cause stress as to where these extra funds for consultations etc are supposed to come from since you only want to pay R500.00 from a rather ridiculous maternity benefit. Now I ask you Discovery, please provide me with a list of Gynaes that you cover 100% and please DO NOT give me the Medical Provider search tool as that is useless and DO NOT give me Drs names that are in locations or hospitals far from me. I am really disappointed Discovery as I thought being on Classic Saver would have some benefit - but clearly not.
