Discovery is not Honest

I am very disappointed in the manner which discovery is running business and treating their clients. I have used you almost my entire time being employed. I have moved from the company I was with where you were offering your Medical product to. I had to go with another health SP due to my new employer not using you. Now I am getting harassed while busy with my daily work being told I owe Discovery. I have never heard such. This not advised at the time when I took out your Plan as part of the conditions. I have asked that I get full calculated analysis this account with explanation of such condition, I only get a statement that does not say or explain where this statement of account is coming from. Can I please speak to someone who will explain this to me , not to be harassed as if I stole your money. you have been receiving my money every month up until the last Month.
