Discovery is not a good medical aid. The ombudsman must investigate

So I went to my primary dr to get him enrolled for the mental health, and he charged me R965 if I am not mistaken, which he claimed for the medical aid and was declined. DR Panday is the one that did so. The supervisor I was speaking to about the hellopeter and they never stated they will charge me. Why am I paying +900 out of pocket for something they have to do. Whose problem is it? Cause I am definitely not paying for what your supervisor did not and what the provider in your network did not state. Get a supervisor to call ne Monday ASAP. This is unacceptable. I am so annoyed of this nonsense
