DISCOVERY IS LIKE E-TOLLS
HOW F'D up is this. I have to pay a dr so i can use my medical specialists benefits which i pay for already.<br> It wasn't always like this it got changed in 2013 SO discovery can save more money...<br> Its like E-TOLLS we have to pay to use something that we are paying for.
