Discovery is just useless, pathetic and lazy

Discovery is not willing to accept that they owe me money. They lost one month of my payment and are not willing to investigate it or accept all my proof of payments. I have communicated telephonically with them which was just pathetic. The gentleman (Randez) in the billings department was useless and not willing to hear me out. He just kept stating that I owe discovery money. To date, I'm still awaiting his email.

Complaints department is also useless. They just escalate the matter and the same junk is being recycled.

How does discovery lose 1 month payment into their account?

No one who is willing to explain where is that money. I have 13 proof of payments yet, they only have 12 transfers?
