Discovery is just useless

I am absolutely disappointed and annoyed with Discovery. I received a notification for a claim that was done on 17 August at a Pharmacy in Sandton which I was never at. I didn't even purchase any meds on this day. What ****es me even more off is that there are so many complaints regarding this pharmacy on Hellopeter and all is Discovery member how on earth did Discovery not investigate this or take this further? This is now regarded as *****. So either someone at Discovery is giving out customer information and *****ing with our details. I will open up a case against Discovery for ***** is this is not resolved this week.
