Discovery is getting worse every day

I am so fed up with Discovery Health. They changed the plans and want to pay for almost nothing since the new plan has kicked in. My complaint is actually regarding a claim that I did for visiting the Psychiatrist which they do cover on my plan, however, they advised the following on the claim: "We have not paid this claim because it was not submitted to us in time. You are responsible for this amount."

This is unacceptable! I pay for a service and i expect to get the service that i pay for. I had to pay for the Psychiatrist out of my own pocket as they do not do the claims directly with Discovery, the reason: They wait too long to get paid from Discovery.

So they are allowed to take they're time to pay the psychiatrist but I am not allowed to claim in my own time.

Of course there are reasons that i did not claim directly after I visited the psychiatrist, but this is still not a reason not to reimburse me for my claim.
