Discovery is full of disappointments

22 August 2025 my daughter wanga amamukele was admitted at life suikerbosrand hospital heidelberg she was hospitalized for 5 days life suikerbosrand sent a bill to Discovery after wards claim was rejected mind you there are no restrictionson or waiting period on my medical . I got calls/emails that I shud pay the bill from suikerbos I contacted Discovery to find out the reason... Discovery told me a PMA form "they claim they sent to suikerbosrand" was missing the Dr has to sign and send to Discovery i tried calling suikerbosrand they haven't received they don't even know what a PMA form is 5 months of struggle I finally managed to get the pma form from Discovery myself fowarded it to doctor Lee. January I received the signed PMA form from the doctor forwarded it back to Discovery 22 January 2026 since then I never had any communication from discovery, iam getting threatening calls from the lawyers every minute that I should pay the bill by end of Feb 2026 since my daughter went to that went to hospital i have know no peace I thought discovery cares about its customers I was wrong if u thinking of joining discovery think carefully about your decision
