DISCOVERY IS ***** IM AWAITING THE TECHNICAL REPORT THAT REPUDIATED MY CLAIM

DISCOVERY CALLED ME AFTER MY HELLO PETER WRITE UP,THEY CALLED ONLY TO PROMISE THEY WILL MAKE A FOLLOW UP. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED I'M STILL LEFT WITH NO FEEDBACK. NO TECHNICAL REPORT THAT REPUDIATED MY CLAIM. I DEMAND ANSWERS. I WILL WRITE ABOUT THEIR ***** REPORT UNTIL IM GIVEN AM OPPORTUNITY TO REVIEW THE REPORT WITH PORSCHE.

Discovery insurance is playing games with me. my policy number is ********** 467 my claim is ********** . I bought a good second hand porsche last year November. In December a detergent in my boot got burst opened and corroded my vehicle messing up airbags and copper cables. The extent of the damage caused 400k plus, and the car's value was 800k. 1.I submitted the claim on 01 March 2019, with quotations . 2. I submitted an E antis report on 05 March 2019. 3. Discovery brought in a claim's specialist on 15 March 2019. On 20 March we were still waiting for feedback from the claim specialist and for lab reports submitted on parts of the erosion. 4. on 22 March 2019 I was told the specialist was finalising the report. 5. Still on 03 April 2019 no specialist report was brought forth. 6. On 05 April 2019 I got a repudiation letter 7. On 05 April 2019 Porsche and I asked for the specialist report as I had now requested them to provide me with information that showed that the vehicle was in good standing when I bought It. 8. On 09 April 2019 I sent a letter as per their repudiation letter if I was not in agreement with the decision. 9. On 15 April 2019 I sent an email to my insurance requesting an update. They had requested information from Porsche and they had provided Discovery with the 100 point check. 10. Its almost 3 months since I have disputed the repudiation and no feedback. It's also ironic that the said corrosion coincided with the spill in my car. They are a **** company no wonder they are all over the news. It confirms they take your money but blame Porsche in my case for the condition of my car. Porsche has proven to me that they sold me a good car in perfect condition which I can attest too as I checked it, it would have been visible if the corrosion on my car was there before I bought it.
