DISCOVERY IS DESPICABLE!!!

Recently missed a premium after being with Discovery for over 25 years. Cover immediately suspended! No enquiry, no care, no humanity! 2 months of almost daily calls and emailing and no response from Discovery. Eventually was forced to attend 1 Discovery Pl to throw my toys. "Oh no we cant believe this...", "we are so sorry ...." Blah Blah BS! Agreed on a way forward and got same in writing. Discovery then *****s up debit order amount to about double agreed amount! And the whole saga starts again, only this time Mr. Gore's office rejects the written arrangement with Discovery Health as I had emailed him in desperation. They then didn't even have the gumption to put it in writing but called me to a meeting and beat around the bush for half an hour before informing me that the arrangement had been cancelled by Gore! What a collectively inept and despicable bunch is DISCOVERY HEALTH!
