Discovery is been pain to me and very useless

I have a very big breast and they causing a lot of pain for me , after several attempts of trying to get a breast reduction from the medical aid we've been paying since 2012 they've rejected 3 applications and left me with no choice of taking pain ****ers everyday which my GP told me it's risky and life threatening they could damage my liver. I'm now left with no option but to go seek for help in public institutions.
