Discovery is basically *****ing my money!!!

Discovery continues to debit me more than they need to due to their own mistakes! I manually made a payment in January, and they continued to debit my account. Then this month I was AGAIN debited for January for February. Trying to talk to them and resolve this has honestly proven impossible and I'm sick and tired of them constantly taking my money.
