Discovery is avoiding to pay my claims, but yet I paid my medical aid every single month,

I gave birth on 27 February 2022, I went into early labour and my baby had to be treated in ICU, the peadiatrician sent the accounts off to Discovery, for the treatment, when I called Discovery yesterday, I was told that the peadiatrician didnt submit and account and that Discovery can reject the claim if it is after for months, I went back to the pediatrican to advise that Discovery says they didnt get any claims, and the pediatrician send me all the claims that they had submitted through to Discovery, so Discovery is avoiding to pay my claims, but yet I paid my medical aid every single month,
