Discovery is about as competent and reactive as our government

I have approved chronic medication that i collect on va monthly basis. On my last visit i was not able to get three items because it was declined by Discovery. I logged a query on their system it is now 8 days later and no response. So i sit in a situation where i do not have access to some of my chronic medication, whilst *********** people at discovery are on holiday at the office. No wonder medical aid is so expensive, its not the medicine, its the *********** people we are being ********** for, to pay their big salaries for.
