Discovery is a **** up

I canceled my membership with this expensive service provider only to be told I owe R217 fee which I don't know came from where, I paid it off in December just so that they can remove their default on my credit report, again after so many calls of speaking with somehow useless agents nothing has been done to resolve an issue of updating the R217 payment on my credit profile, anyone looking for better service look elsewhere not this **** up
