Discovery is a sham!

I just had a baby via C-section and dealing with Discovery health has been such double pain! A pain which started way before I had my procedure.I have never dealt with a company that presents itself as a premium and customer focused company yet is nothing but a disconnected pipe of processes! If I could describe Discovery in one word, I'd simply say a "sham" OR a "facade". Long story short ,I need an OTP updated because of ....actually here are my references: ********** 870 (Zimkhitha Bauushana) & ********** 012.I have an incredibly great relationship with my boss and upon my return to the office,I am going to convince her to change ALL staff's medical aid to Bonitas OR any company I will find decent with DECENT customer service.These little stunts will cost you over 20 accounts with beneficiaries plus an additional bad word of mouth.
