Discovery is a ****

Discovery is a **** - a typical examples of how an organization gets big and stops caring about people but rather the money they can Milk from them. They have been happily deducting from my salary for the past 5 years now and all of a sudden now that I am claiming for my first EVER operation, I am being given the run around. They have paid less than ⅓ of my claim because of the plan that I am on so fortunately I have gap cover but now they are dragging their feet in providing the necessary documentation to me so I can send to Kaelo gap cover. The call center and brokers are not helpful because they give you a standard response with a promise to revert back but they never do. Gap cover can't process my claim because Discovery has not processed everything appropriately and there is errors on every document provided.

Please can someone help me with details on how to report them to the ombudsman... I have all my paperwork and email correspondence of evidence. I also have recorded phone calls.
