DISCOVERY IS A SAD EXCUSE OF A MEDICAL AID

I called over a week ago asking why I was charged from MSA when I have a benefit for the service I got from the health provider. The call centre agent I spoke to acknowledged that I was correct and that the benefit should have paid, she told me she would get back to me in 3 days, I am still waiting. DISCOVERY IS A SAD EXCUSE OF A MEDICAL AID
