Discovery IS A SAD EXCUSE FOR A MEDICAL AID

It's been almost 2 months and I am still going back and forth with the same case. I called discovery health a few days before going to the Dr to ask them if my maternity benefit would cover the consultation, mind you the only reason I called even though I knew the benefit SHOULD cover, was because I know from experience how discovery never delivers and how full of BS they are.

The consultant told me that my consultation would be covered by the benefit, this was on the 5th of October and to this day the account is STILL OUTSTANDING! I have been taken back and forth and told that they are listening to the call records because what their consultant told me is not true , I've heard this from 3 different people including a lady from the Executive office in KZN by the name of Trish Kallee, all of this to no avail.

I pay their expensive premiums every month on time and this is the horrific service I get? You people are a sad excuse of an organization.
