Discovery is a ******* dnt like paying

Good Morning I am sick and tired of discovery, the so called best medical aid but now I see y non of my doctors n gynaes want to work direct with them, as they cannot payout. I submitted a claim the 19March and stil havent received a payout, I had to phone as they didnt even captured it and ther turn arpund time is 3days..I submitted 3 claims thus far over 4k that I had to pay out of my pocket and I have to phone in constantly only to hear my claim went in to "batch" you want to tell me on the 23april its still in batch.. Discovery is quick to deduct my R2400 every month and im on there pregnancy program hence me going monthly to the gynae but not one payment has been made out to me..does discovery think money grow on my back...again before payday I will have to spend a R2.2k and where is discovery...prob wil pay out when my child is 1 years old..im disgusted by there service. some one better call me back and sort my payment out.
