Discovery is a quick money ****

Took out medical aid with discovery end of Feb. We agreed that my first debit order would be on the 1st of March. someone decided not to do their job by not pulling the amount at the agreed time, now discovery wants to bill me twice! they're now telling me some story about them not submitting debit orders after the 27th. The time to mention that kind of information is at that moment when you are starting with the medical aid and someone is trying to make a quick sale. Discovery shouldn't try to get away with their staff members not doing their job and they should stop their consultants from trying to make a quick sale at our expense!!!!!! I budget monthly and that's exactly why i gave them that date of the 1st of March. I did not agree to being billed twice by a company that only cares about making a quick buck from me. On the day i took out this medical aid, i was running around like a headless chicken to submit my forms, that's the time the consultant should have mentioned that it was pointless for me to run around as the time to submit was on that day. those are internal issues that have nothing to do with me. DISCOVERY IS A QUICK MONEY MAKING ****!!!!!!
