Discovery is a nightmare

Discovery service is **** iv been calling for 2months asking for that vitality **** to be removed as I did not request for it. It was supposed to be free for 3months then automatically fall off unless I wanted it. Discovery is debating me for a service I do not want and have been sent from pillar to post.

ORIEL MASHUDU MONYAYI is the agent that assisted me and is still not responding to any of my emails. I was nothing but a sale to him, clearly he knows nothing about post sales interaction. Discovery call centre is nonsense and never resolve anything nor give you feedback. I want to cancel my medical and want a refund but the phone magically cuts when they need to transfer my call.
