Discovery is a nightmare

Discovery is a joke. You apply for an extended supply of medicine through a document which they dont bother to explain how to fill it in so that they send you an email to say you filled wrong so you are not getting the supply of medicine nomatter how much you emphasise the urgency of your travel plans on several telephone calls where.. Again they have a customer service menu with a lot of confusing options. Thank you discovery ill travel without my medication. I just don't have the energy to deal with bad customer service.
