Discovery is a money milking machine

I am highly dissappointed at the way the medical aid is administered. Each year they want blood tests done by chronic meds clients but funny enough the tests are getting paid from my savings how if they are the ones that insist on them? Each time i take my child to the hospital after thst visit all my savings are gone. What is it that discovery actually do apart from milking money from people? If I were to save my monthly contribution it will take me a long way than this **** of having a medical aid that pays for nothing. When u call they keep asking the same question n reading through notes I asked the person to explain in simple English OMG instead of responding he asked if he should go over my claim again. My question was simple FROM THE ER VISIT WHAT DID DISCOVERY PAY FOR . Dude kept saying a100% there of n 3000 first time and kept asking if my child was admitted n if it was private rooms like what the he'll how can he be admitted at private rooms n the claim says parkland hospital er n he keep asking if it was at private doctors rooms. The way I get treated each year its disgusting
